Review of Reef Men's Dr. Simmons Sandal

These are the most comfortable Reef sandal I've worn.The only one that came close were are the ones with the wavy ~~~ top surface where your feet go. Sadly, I believe those have been long discontinued. To clarify, these are not the same as the plasticy Fanning which I think are for people with relatively flat feet.Dr.Simmons are a high quality foam based sandal for people with curvy feet and/or prefer cushioning.And no they don't have a bottle opener on the bottom.Do people really use that? Sick!

Review of Quiksilver Men's Session Sandal

These are hands down the most comfortable sandals on the market. Reef sandals look similar, but they do not have the same cushion. I would know because I own both, and I wear sandals everyday. I've tested them everywhere including weekly trips to Disneyland.

These sandals are luxury rides, but they wear down faster than a formula one tire, which is why I stock up. I replace my sandals every six months, so if you want to treat your feet to ultimate comfort, a fresh pair sessions cannot be beat.

Review of Reef Men's Greenwall Sandal

This was 1 of 3 pairs of Reef's I'd purchased.I got the El Jefe II and Fannings 02.I wanted a cheap pair to be my workhorse.For some reason, this size 8 was pretty tight unlike the other 2 and my old sandals.I would have returned it except that my girlfriend likes the comfort of men's Reef compared to women's Reef so she's wearing them now.It's an OK sandal.I definitely like El Jefe and Fanning 02 better but like I said, this was to be my workhorse which I would not mind battering around everyday.

Review of cobian Little Kid/Big Kid Missy Sandal

I bought these as a replacement to my Reef Ditto flip flops, which I LOVE.These come close but aren't quite as squishy as the Ditto.They have a nice narrow non-rubber strap, which is key.Still worth the money - I will never buy another pair at Target again.

Just ordered my third pair so far. Been wearing these for the past 3 to 4 years. I also have a pair of Mick Fannings, but my toes almost hang out of the front, resulting in them getting stubbed A LOT. Not with the Hamiks. These flip flops are the best REEF has to offer. Or anyone else for that matter. The smooth leather foot bed is stiff at first but soon shapes to the contours of your feet for a custom fit. I like how these sandals look! but the leather strap is a little rough to your fingers! and if you use them for, a not that long walk, you'll end up with pain! These are great if your out there to have fun, not if you're super serious.I did find that the spikes tend to loosen and fall out occasionally even when tightened with a wrench.The bottle opener, though a cool novelty is akward I find myself spilling small portions of beer when utilizing it.All that being said they are very comfortable and my feet do not slip in them.If you are a golfer with a sense of humor these are great, but I'd try to find them on sale, they definitely are overvalued at $75.

I wish Reef wouldn't discontinue their most comfortable sandals. These are wonderful, and I got lucky I found them in the proper size. I don't care about hiding crap in the bottom of my sandals, or having a bottle opener. I walk a lot in my flip flops, and need comfort over gimmick. This is the only pair of Reefs that I know of like that. Sizes run small. I usually wear a size 10, but need an 11 in these sandals. From other reviews I've read about these, that's the norm, so always get Reefs a size larger than you normally wear. That's why they only get 4 out of 5 stars.

Its really comfortable and totally non slip but the design tends to wear off in some places. like i guess where theres the most movement or weight. I've been wearing them for a couple months and there's still plenty left though. Oh and they're deffinitely easy to spot.

Love the sandals except for one thing: I found the toe strap (made of leather) to be relatively wide and stiff, therefore somewhat uncomfortable.It's possible the strap will soften and/or my toes will toughen up as they break in.(My feet are pretty sensitive.)They're quite comfortable otherwise though, and very well made.
